Goodyear will provide you and one guest roundtrip travel arrangements to Indianapolis, Indiana. Goodyear Meeting Services will e-mail or fax you an airline booking based on your preferences within 48 hours of receiving the completed registration form. Airline tickets will automatically be issued within 24 hours after booking. An additional copy of your ticketed airline itinerary will be included with your travel documents.

Once ticketed, modifications made to your travel itinerary may result in penalties imposed by the carrier (minimum $100.00 change fee plus the difference in fare per change), which would be at your personal expense. Please inform Goodyear Meeting Services of any changes as quickly as possible so that they may advise you of availability and any additional charges. Neither The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company nor BCD Meetings & Incentives will be responsible for penalties nor an increase in fare due to voluntary changes once ticketed.
